Lara Dutta was spotted at the inauguration of fitness center here in Mumbai. During her media interaction, Lara has confirmed that shooting of Vashu Bhagnani‘s next venture is complete.
“We also have a movie which is wizcraft is doing, there is also a film with Vinay Pathak, which will start soon, but the one which is complete right now is with Sonakshi Sinha, Diljit Dosanjh, Karan and Boman is tentatively titled Golmaal or IFFA, that is just finished” said Lara Dutta talking about her upcoming projects.
Vashu Bhagnani’s next production, the film, which started shooting in July, includes Sonakshi Sinha, Diljit Dosanjh, Boman Irani, Karan Johar and Lara Dutta. According to reports, the movie is titled Golmaal in New York. The film is shot in New York and is touted as India’s first stage reality movie.
Apart from the movie, Lara also confirmed the first season of Diva show, for colors infinity channel. She said, “We just finished the first season of Diva, which is on air right now on colors infinity”
Talking about the event and importance of fitness, Lara said, “Fitness is a huge Trend now, the lot of us who’s been in the business has been a way of life for us, for the longest time. But it is always really nice and exciting; I’ve worked with Luke, for quite a long time now. He has been looking, after all, my nutritional needs and diet. I am really excited to here at Reset”
Lara has been a trendsetter in Bollywood and shared the real story behind her “prenatal yoga” video, which is highly talked about.
“I’ve always kept my fitness regime a little flexible, with every stage of life. When I was much younger, there was a lot more weight training and kickboxing. During motherhood, I couldn’t find much in pre-natal exercises, so I created my own prenatal yoga video, which was first in India”
“And of course, post motherhood, it is all about losing the weight and maintaining energy levels, so that you could look after career, house, kid, husband, and family. So today my philosophy, my number one priority is being healthy, with high energy levels and if I could shed kilo here and there or not, it doesn’t matter to me much now” added Lara.
Actress also added that she doesn’t believe in being thin, she likes healthy, athletic and muscle built body.
“I train six days a week, I mix it up, I do three days of Cardio and Yoga, and other three days, I do weight training in the gym and kickboxing, I enjoy working out. I’ve never been a thin-girl (sukadi girl) or size zero, I’ve always been somebody who had an athletic built and with muscles, I like that” added Lara.
