Team Brahmastra, which includes Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Ayan Mukerji are shooting in Sofia, Bulgaria. The film is shot exclusively overseas and yester, President Kovind and President Radev visited the sets of the film and interacted with the entire cast and crew.
The official handle of President of India shared the news on social media along with candid pictures from the sets. It said, “#PresidentKovind and President Radev dropped in at the studio in Sofia where the Hindi film Brahmastra is being made. The Presidents met the Indo-Bulgarian crew and chatted about cinema as a business and cultural link between the two countries”
Dharma Productions official handle also confirmed the same. It said, “Honoured to have the President of India, #PresidentKovind visit the sets of #Brahm?stra in #Bulgaria. This one goes down in the milestone book! @karanjohar @apoorvamehta18 #NamitMalhotra #RanbirKapoor @aliaa08 #AyanMukerji”
Brahm?stra is an upcoming fantasy drama film written and directed by Ayan Mukerji and produced by Karan Johar. It stars Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Akkineni Nagarjuna, Alia Bhatt and Mouni Roy in lead roles.
Contrary to popular belief, the film is not a romantic superhero film. Instead, it is a romantic-fairytale in a supernatural format. Ayan Mukerji has spent six years completing the script of the film and the film will be made in trilogy.
