Actress Nushrat Bharucha was spotted at the promotional event for her upcoming romantic drama Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety. During her media interaction, Nushrat expressed that good product matters in long run.
Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety has been getting rave reviews for its trailer and songs, which could be blessing for actors but Nushrat believes something else.
Talking about the film and buzz it has created, Nushrat said, “I don’t think half the battle is won because you have seen films, which has beautiful songs, but the film isn’t all that good. I think it is everything, not just one element”
“The songs and trailer have increased the curiosity so much that people would want to watch the film in theaters. But the movie won’t sustain for long if it is not good, so I think product needs to be good”
Though Nushrat has done different genre movies, she is noted for her roles in Pyaar Ka Punchnama, Akaash Vani and Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2, helmed by Luv Ranjan also starring Kartik Aaryan.
Talking about being stereotyped, Nushrat said, “We have been working together doesn’t mean the characters are not different. We have played different roles and characters in PKP and PKP 2 (Pyaar Ka Punchnama), now that the film is entirely different along with roles. So I don’t think it was stereotype and there was any, this movie will break that stereotype”
The movie also stars Sunny Singh, Kartik Aaryan and Alok Nath in key roles. The movie is slated for 23rd Feb 2018 release.
