Rajkummar Rao shared the first look and the teaser of his upcoming film ‘Stree‘ on Twitter.
The ‘Omerta’ star, took to social media and posted a 1 minute video. The caption read, “Stree ke baare mein zyada nahi jaanta hoon, bas sab kehte hain aa rahi hai woh. #OStree31stAugKoAana @MaddockFilms #DineshVijan @ShraddhaKapoor #PankajTripathi @amarkaushik #RajAndDk @rajndk @krishdk”
The video shows that the story is based on a ridiculously true phenomenon. The camera travels through a dark village which shows graffiti on house walls reading O Stree Kal Aana, and then finally #OStree31stAugKoAana when a flying shadow appears on the wall.
The teaser does not feature the lead stars and does not give an vibe of a comedy, but a true horror film part from its tag line ‘Mard ko Dard hoga’. It is produced by Dinesh Vijan, under the banner of Maddock Films starrs Rajkummar Rao with Shraddha Kapoor in lead role.
The film is co-produced by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K.
