Published on

Actor-writer Sumeet Vyas, who shot to fame with the TVF series Permanent Roommates, will soon be seen in another digital show called Stupid Man Smart Phone.

Stupid Man Smart Phone, an Indian version of the popular UK show of the same name, an adventure reality show, Sumeet Vyas shares his reason for taking on such genre.

“It is an adventure Reality show. I’ve never done anything like this before, so when I was offered the show, first I was shocked but it has been a really fun journey, one should keep trying new things” added Sumeet during his recent media interaction promoting the show.

Sumeet will be seen hosting the show and hails the entire experience “Different” as he doesn’t have much experience in reality adventure.

“It has been a very different experience for me, I don’t have much experience in Adventure Reality, my adventure ends at bike trip that is pretty much all the adventure I had” added Sumeet.

Stupid Man Smart Phone is a reality TV series (produced by Voot and BBC India) wherein contestants will be left alone in the wilderness to fend for themselves with only a smart phone as their aid.

The show also features popular names like Karan Kundra, Evelyn Sharma and Sahil Khattar, exploring the different wilderness in India.
Permanent Roommates actor Sumeet Vyas is also roped in upcoming mega ensemble movie, Veerey Di Wedding, which sees him in the role of Kareena Kapoor Khan‘s love interest.

The movie also stars Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar, Angad Bedi, Vikas Verma and Javed Shaikh in pivotal roles.
