Actor Angad Bedi is really excited these days as he is starring in 2017’s one the biggest film ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ along with Salman Khan. During media interaction, Angad stated that working with Salman Khan is something that he will always cherish as an actor.
Talking about his experience working with Salman Khan, Angad said,”It was really nice experience working with Salman bhai. And it’s something that I will always cherish. I worked with him for 65-70 days out of 98 days of film’s schedule. I am very thankful to Ali Abbas Zafar as he come to watch ‘Pink’ and because of that, I got opportunity to work in ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ and I feel my main focus of doing big film like this is to showcase my body of work to Salman bhai, Aditya Chopra and the film industry”
Talking about his character in ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’, Angad said, “I am playing raw agent in the film who goes on mission with Tiger (Salman Khan) to save 25 nurses. My character in the film is very agile, swift and sharp individual. He is well trained in gun fight, body combats and explosives. He is technically second in command of Tiger. He is more man of action and less of words. It’s very positive character throughout the film but he has surety about himself which comes across as arrogance”
Talking about action in ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’, Angad said, “Stunt director from Hollywood has collaborated with us in this film and I can guarantee that stunts and action in ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ will be of next level and it will at par with any Hollywod film”
Talking about journey of ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ as a film, Angad said, “It’s a different kind of film which has been made on large scale. It has been extensively shot in Morocco, Abu Dhabi and Austria. ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ is performance oriented film and it was great story on paper and it has been translated very well on screen so I hope film will do well after its release”
Angad next will be seen in the biopic on the former captain of the Indian hockey team, Sandip Singh and it is releasing on 29th June next year and it will feature Diljeet Dosanjh and Taapsee Pannu in lead roles, talking about that film, Angad said, “I am working in Sandeep Singh biopic which is being written and directed by Shaad Ali and Chitrangada Singh is producing the film. In that film, I am first time collaborating with Diljeet Dosanjh. I have seen all his Punjabi films and I feel he is one person who has got turban back as the main lead in Hindi film industry so it’s really an achievement”
‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ is releasing on 22 December, 2017.
