Actress Kritika Kamra says the makers of fantasy drama TV show “Prem Ya Paheli Chandrakanta” have never had to use a duplicate because of her unavailability.

Kritika earlier said that she has asked the makers of the Life OK show to allow her an off on Sundays as being a “single woman living in Mumbai” she was not able to focus on her personal duties.

“I like to take Sundays off, but not at the cost of quality of my scenes. They have never had to use a duplicate because of my unavailability,” Kritika posted on Twitter on Wednesday.

Talking about his working experience with the actress, Nikhil Sinha, producer of “Prem Ya Paheli Chandrakanta”, said: “Kritika Kamra is the most hardworking girl I have ever come across. She is very punctual and disciplined. She gives perfect shot for all her scenes with utmost dedication and grace, be it an action sequence or a romantic scene. The work is never suffered because of her.”

Sneha Wagh pays ‘fine’ on ‘Sher-e-Punjab…’ set

Actress Sneha Wagh, who plays Raj Kaur in “Sher-e-Punjab Maharaja Ranjit Singh”, treated the entire unit with ice-cream as her phone suddenly rang in the middle of an important sequence.

To ensure a smooth and systematic flow during shoots, the makers have come up with a rule that mobile phones must be turned off on the sets, a source said.

If anyone’s phone — be it the producer, director, actor or crew — is found ringing, as a punishment one has to pay Rs 500 penalty. When the amount is sufficient, there’s a treat to all, the source added.

I’m a big fan of Salman Khan: Ricky Patel

Child artist Ricky Patel, who will be seen sharing screen space with Salman Khan in upcoming film “Tubelight”, says he is a big fan of the Bollywood superstar.

According to a source, during the first day of the “Tubelight” shoot, Ricky got a chance to meet Salman. He couldn’t hold his excitement when he met Salman and imitated the “chaddi” dialogue from the film “Freaky Ali”.

Salman got so impressed with Ricky that he asked the camera person over there to shoot his and Ricky’s video and uploaded it on his social media handles.

“I am a big fan of Salman Khan and I wanted to perform in front of him. When I met him on the first day of the shoot, I performed the dialogues and Salman sir liked it. I was so happy that I got an opportunity to perform in front of him and moreover he uploaded video with me on his handle,” Ricky said.

Besides “Tubelight”, Ricky will be seen in upcoming TV show “Inteqam Ek Masoom Ka”. The revenge drama will soon be aired on Life OK.
