Abhishek Bachchan was present at the Chelsea Football Club coach education session organized with the help if NGO MagicBus. The actor said that Football is a great sport.
“Absolutely, you know when you have the club like Chelsea coming and organizing events like this, gives everybody a chance to showcase their talent and not only that, it gives them a chance to play the sport. Football is a great sport, it is a great teacher of life and hopefully, it will inspire them to take up sports as a profession as well” said Abhishek Bachchan during his media interaction.
Further talking about his love for the game and Chelsea, actor Abhishek Bachchan said that football has been a big part of his life.
“Being part of a British boarding school, Football was a big part of my life. Seeing Gianfranco Zola play I became a huge fan. I am huge Chelsea supporter since past 20- 25 years and I am so happy that the club is here in India organizing this event” added Abhishek.
Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan have been associated with Magicbus initiative as patrons but unfortunately, the Miss World have the event a miss as she is shooting for her upcoming Fanney Khan.
Talking about the association, Abhishek added, “Aishwarya and I have been working with Magic Bus for the past 8 to 9 yrs. We are their patrons and I love associating with them every single time. Everything that they are doing is important for our young generation and society. Chelsea has come to India and I am there huge supporter for almost 20-25 years now, today I am enjoyed myself interacting with children” said the actor who was spending time with the young football players.
Abhishek will play the lead role in a Sanjay Leela Bhansali production which is a biographical film about a love story of poet Sahir Ludhianvi and author Amrita Pritam titled ‘Gustakhiyan’.
Abhishek will be paired with his wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in this film. After 2010, this film will reunite the couple once again for their 9th film together.
