The maker of Dhadak unveils yet another soulful and beautiful new poster featuring debutante Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khattar on social media.
Filmmaker and producer Karan Johar shared the new poster of Dhadak and confirmed that the trailer for the film will be out on 11th June, 12 Noon. He wrote, “Karan Johar – The trailer of #Dhadak will be out on Monday the 11th of June at 12 noon!! Presenting #janhvi and #Ishaan directed by @ShashankKhaitan”
Dhadak is an official remake of the hit-Marathi movie Sairat directed by Nagraj Manjule. The Hindi remake is being helmed by Shashank Khaitan, previously known for directing Badrinath Ki Dulhania. The film is a co-production between Zee Studios and Dharma Productions.

The movie is shot exclusively in Rajasthan and certain part of Mumbai. It is love story interlaced with caste system in India. The movie marks debut for Janhvi Kapoor and Bollywood commercial drama debut for Ishaan, as the actor has worked with Majid Majidi in “Beyond The Clouds”.
The film is scheduled to release on July 20.
