Actor, producer, comedian and one of the most talented Television personality Kapil Sharma adds another feather in his cap, turns a voice over artist for the forthcoming Angry Birds 2.
The Angry Birds franchise has been a hit amongst Indian audiences with the previous installment being a super success at the Indian box office. For its sequel, which is releasing on 23rd August in India, Sony Pictures Entertainment India has roped in Kapil Sharma to voice the hot-headed bird ‘Red’ for the film in India.
Sony Pictures India confirmed the news on social media. They tweeted, “The king of comedy @KapilSharmaK9, dons a new avatar as he gives his voice to the comical Red in #AngryBirdsMovie2! This is sure to be a laugh riot. #KapilSharmaAngryBird”
Comedian-actor Kapil Sharma will lend his voice to the character of Red in the Hindi version of the upcoming animated family entertainer The Angry Birds Movie 2.
The Angry Birds, based on the popular game of the same name, brings the story of Red and his friends onto the silver screen in a hilarious manner.
Sony Pictures Entertainment India releases The Angry Birds Movie 2 on 23rd August 2019 in Hindi, English, Tamil and Telugu.
