Zareen Khan is gearing up for the release of Aksar 2 opposite Gautam Rode, the hot and stunning avatar of the actress is already viral among fans but the actress quips that the role wasn’t much challenging but exciting.
“It wasn’t really much challenging because the director Ananth has done a lot of reading on the character, so that I understand the character very well and stay in touch with it, stay in-sync”
“I think it was more of excitement than a challenge for me to do this role because after a long time I got an opportunity to play a female solo lead in the film” added Zareen.
Aksar 2 is an upcoming erotic thriller film, directed by Ananth Narayan Mahadevan. The film is the sequel to 2006 film Aksar. The film stars Gautam Rode, Abhinav Shukla, Zareen Khan and Mohit Madaan in lead roles.
Sharing further sneak peek into her role, Zareen Khan said, “I am playing Sheena’s character in the film. She is kind of girl who thinks that if she gets a particular job then she will be able to solve all her problems but exactly opposite happens to her and because of that she gets into trouble and how she gets out of that with her courage and willpower is my character all about”
Aksar franchise is popular for its eroticism but Zareene Khan refutes the fact, says it is a suspense thriller and a love story.
“Aksar 2 is a suspense thriller. It’s a love story and I feel the audience won’t be disappointed when they will go in the theatres because the story of this film is not predictable” added Zareen.
Aksar 2 also marks the debut of controversial Indian cricketer S. Sreesanth, who plays the role of a lawyer.
It is releasing on 6 October 2017.
