Amitabh Bachchan And Ranbir Kapoor – “Unforgettables” Cover

Ayan Mukerji has roped in Ranbir Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan for the first time for his contemporary fantasy drama Brahmastra, but before we can catch them in the film, both the actor has graced the cover page of India Today.

India Today 42nd Anniversary special edition features Amitabh Bachchan and Ranbir Kapoor on the cover, which highlights “conversations between stars, young, and old, cinema, politics and sports”.

Brahmastra, is the third collaboration between Dharma Productions and filmmaker Ayan Mukerji, which also stars Alia Bhatt in the lead, besides Ranbir Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan.

On the work front, Ranbir Kapoor is busy wrapping up his first ever biopic, which is based on living legendary actor Sanjay Dutt. The film is tentatively titled Sanju, written and directed by Rajkumar Hirani and produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra.

The film stars an ensemble of Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Dia Mirza, Sonam Kapoor, Karishma Tanna, Anushka Sharma, Jim Sarbh, Vicky Kaushal and Tabu. The movie is slated for 30th March 2018 release.

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan is busy with “Thugs Of Hindostan” which also stars Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Shaikh.

Thugs of Hindostan is an upcoming period action-adventure film, written and directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya. The film is based on Philip Meadows Taylor’s 1839 novel Confessions of a Thug, about a gang of Thugs who posed a serious challenge to the British Empire in India (then known as Hindustan or Hindostan) during the early 19th century. The movie is slated for 7th November 2018 release.
