After facing loads of criticism by the critics Arjun Rampal is back with his flawless performance in Om Shanti Om, Rock on and The last Lear. He is now looking forward to his forthcoming releases. The first one would be Suniel Shetty’s EMI where he is playing the role of a DJ. According to Arjun it was not easy for him in Bollywood and he has had his share of ups and downs. There have been times when he has not seen his own films, but now things have changed for the good.
The story of EMI is about a DJ who misuses his card and falls into trouble, the film has five stories about different people living on credit. The actor says that shooting for the film reminded him of his old days when he had taken a loans from 
banks and how the recovery agents would come at his doorstep reminding him that it was repayment time. Sounds funny but its real.
His next film after EMI is an interesting thriller named Fox with Sunny Deol.The shooting of the film is almost completed. Then comes Rajniti a film directed by Praklash Jha.As the name suggests it’s a film on politics and he plays the role of a politician. Its a heavy duty kind of a role. The film also stars Ranbir Kapoor, Nana Patekar, Ajay Devgan and Manoj Bajpai.Therefore it’s going to be an commanding, assertive and a practical film. After Rajniti his next film would be Kunal which is a period film and is produced by AB corp.
After I See You which was his first film as a producer we asked him if he had plans to produce any more films and he positively replied that he was coming up with a few new projects which he would announce by the end of this year. – (SAMPURN)
