Actor Saqib Saleem attended press conference where he announced as brand ambassador of United Cricket Bash (UCB) on Friday in Mumbai. During media interaction, Saqib said that as a youngster, ‘Race 3’ is great leaning ground for him as an actor.
“I am very fortunate to be working with such huge stars whether it is Salman (Khan) bhai, Anil (Kapoor) sir, Booby Deol, Jacqueline Fernandez and Daisy Shah, all these guys have doing work in the industry for a while so as a youngster, I feel it’s great learning ground for me as an actor, to be learning from everybody”
Talking about his association as brand ambassador of United Cricket Bash, Saqib said, “I don’t know if lot people know this that I have been a cricketer all my life. I have played cricket for Delhi under 19 team and I also played for Jammu & Kashmir under 19 team and since I came to Mumbai I keep playing cricket with my colleagues. So now, I am pretty excited to be part of this cricket league because it’s a different format which is underarm cricket in which I am not specialized at all. In last season, in fact, I played in this league as a player so this time organizers of this league met me and told me about that they want me to come on board as face of this tournament then I said if it’s about cricket then I definitely want to associate with it.”
Race 3 is forthcoming suspense-thriller directed by Remo D’Souza and produced under Tips Films & Salman Khan films. It is the sequel to the 2013 film Race 2 and the third installment of the Race film series.
It stars Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez, Bobby Deol, Daisy Shah and Saqib Saleem in lead roles.
‘Race 3’ is releasing on the festival of Eid this year.
