On the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas, the entire celebrity brigade shares heartfelt tribute to the Jawans of our country.

The country celebrates the 20th anniversary of the Kargil Vijay Diwas today. On this day in 1999, the Kargil War, also known as the Kargil conflict, formally came to an end, with Indian soldiers successfully recapturing mountain heights that had been seized by Pakistani intruders.
Bollywood celebrities such as Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Ayushmann Khurrana, Rakul Preet Singh and many more shares inspirational post for the soldiers.
Actor Ajay Devgn wrote, “On the 20th anniversary of #KargilVijayDiwas, let’s honor the valour of our jawaans who kept the nation’s pride untouched. Immense tribute to the martyrs and their families for keeping us safe #IndianArmy #IndianAirForce”

Actor Ayushmann Khurrana tweeted, “My heartfelt tribute to our martyrs of the Kargil War and a big salute to their valour and victory today! #KargilVijayDiwas”
The Kargil War was the last time India and Pakistan came to a full-blown armed conflict. The Kargil War was also the first time India and Pakistan got into an armed conflict after becoming nuclear powers.
