Abhishek, Amitabh Bachchan in Sarkar Raj - High Quality Still (3).JPGSarkar Raj has received mixed responses. Giving all credit to the audience Amitabh Bachchan considers the public verdict to be the ultimate guideline and inspiration. He was happy that trade analysts and biggies at the special screening of the film in Bangkok. The audience has voted the sequel to be better than the first movie, which still inspire the veteran actor.

The mixture of family values and politics was taken differently by the audience but the actor it is just his job to do as the director says, be it politics or magic. Big B is sure of himself in the film and thinks his performance was never beyond the narrative. After the light BHOOTHNATH, SARKAR RAJ came as an intense film, Amitabh is happy to be doing such variety of films at this stage of his career.

Talking about the sequel SARKAR RAJ, Amitabh says, the film was different because it shows him as an agile patriarch of a family that has a political base and he is ready to embrace the new trends. Working with son Abhishek and Aishwarya was a happy thing for Amitabh.

Aishwarya Rai -4.jpgSpeaking about Aishwarya, he admits, they are good friends and after becoming family, the bond has grown stronger. Talking about his role and the film, he says, he did play a character but that was an imaginative character and his difficulty was to portray the character with justice.

Big B considers Ram Gopal as a efficient director. He praises Varma for his talent and way of taking up a plot to develop it. Aag was no doubt their first film together, but its failure has nothing to do with the opinion Amitabh has on Varma.
