Amitabh Bachchan has decided to collaborate with his old pal Ravi Chopra yet again. The duo is set to work once again in another film after the successful ‘Baghbaan’ and the tepid ‘Babul’. The buzz is that Shahid Kapur has also been signed for the film titled ‘Pocket Maar’.
It’s unclear whether Hema Malini will be a part of the project as well.
One remembers that the Big B- Hema Malini pairing had great chemistry in ‘Baghbaan’ and also kind of resurrected the acting career of the Dream Girl. The Bachchan Hema jodi got considered as a golden couple as they created magic on screen and did much better than their hey days in movies like ‘Kasauti’, ‘Nastik’, ‘Naseeb’, ‘Satte Pe Satta’ etc.
But in ‘Babul’, they couldn’t quite the recreate the same magic.
The music of the film has been composed by Shankar Ehsaan Loy and is scheduled to go on floors by early next year.
There’s a lot to expect from the Bachchan and Ravi Chopra partnership. Well, we can only hope that they deliver the best
