Actor Amit Sadh was spotted at Radio Mirchi Awards here in Mumbai. During his media interaction, the actor stated response for Breathe is phenomenal.
“I haven’t gotten such a response in my career, ever. I am really very excited that people are saying such great things. It is too early to talk about it but the platform on which the series is released, one could watch it anytime of the day and people are watching it” said Amit Sadh about his web series Breathe, which is running successfully on Amazon Prime Videos.
Breathe is an original Amazon Prime web television series. The series stars R. Madhavan, Amit Sadh, Hrishikesh Joshi, Sapna Pabbi, Atharva Vishwakarma and Neena Kulkarni in lead roles.
This series revolves around a father, who is desperate and driven to save his ailing child and a cop is hell bound on catching a serial killer. Further talking about the series, Amit said there is more coming, wait for the finale.
“I’d say keep watching, we have released 4 episodes, 4 more are coming, season finale is there, lots more to come in Breathe series” added Amit.
Amit also credited the writer and director Mayank Sharma for the epic success of the series. He said, “If something turns into a hit, it is the story which is the hit. I am getting praises for my work, I am happy but my series, Breathe on Amazon Prime is getting the real praises, and the huge credit goes to the writer and director, Mayank Sharma”
Apart from series, Amit Sadh is also shooting with Akshay Kumar in forthcoming sports biopic drama Gold.
Gold is directed by Reema Kagti and produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under the banner of Excel Entertainment. It is a biopic based on the life of hockey player Balbir Singh Sr., who was on the team that won the first Olympic medal for India as a free nation in 1948.
