Challenging to Bring So Many Actors in one Film – Milan Luthria

Published on

Filmmaker Milan Luthria is back once again with a multi-starrer epic action adventure heist drama, Baadshaho, says it is challenging to bring so many actors on board.

The film is a thriller set in the emergency era of the 1970s, Baadshaho stars Ajay Devgn, Ileana D’Cruz, Emraan Hashmi, Vidyut Jammwal, Sharad Kelkar, Esha Gupta and Sanjay Mishra.

“It had been difficult but good at the same time. We shot in Rajasthan for two months, I made them travel some 5000 kilometres and it was a collective effort. It is definitely a challenge to bring together a star cast of so many actors; to get their time and consent. We all worked on it as friends, so I am very happy” says Milan on the sidelines of recent media interaction.

The trailer of Baadshaho is out and it has some gun blazing action and insane background music. The entire cast, male and female, pulls off some great action sequences and there on-screen chemistry is hot.

Ajay Devgn and Milan have worked in past and actor shares an interesting story behind the conceptualization of Baadshaho.

“During the time of Kachhe Dhaage, Milan shared this thought. There was this incident in Rajasthan, which was very popular, I don’t know whether it is true or not, so this story is weaved around that incident, it is not about that incident” adds Ajay.

The film also features Sunny Leone in special appearance in the song Piya More. The film is scheduled for a worldwide release on September 1, 2017.
