The makers of Soorma are leaving no stone unturned to promote the film, unveils a heartbreaking new song Pardesiya days before the film release.
The Trade Analyst Komal Nahta dropped the song on social media. Traverse through the incredible journey of Sandeep Singh, powerfully portrayed by Diljit Dosanjh and Taapsee Pannu in the latest song from the film Soorma, titled Pardesiya.
The new song Pardesiya has been beautifully composed by Shankar Ehsaan Loy and penned by the legendary Gulzar.
The song highlights the struggle of Sandeep Singh played by Diljit post getting shot in the spine. Taapsse, who plays a budding female hockey player and love interest of Sandeep, brings out the emotional turmoil in the song.
Shaad Ali’s biographical sports drama ‘Soorma’ based on the life of Hockey player Sandeep Singh, apart from being a gripping film is also going to be a musical treat for the audience.
Diljit Dosanjh plays the lead role. The story chronicles the life and struggle of Sandeep becoming national champion but due to a tragic accident, he gets paralyzed and bounces back through sheer determination and spirit.
The film is produced by Sony Pictures Networks Productions, Chitrangda Singh, and Deepak Singh. The movie releases on 13th July 2018.
