Farah Khan – Biopic on Sania Mirza

Farah Khan and Sania Mirza were spotted at The first edition of Indian Sports Honours was held Saturday evening at Grand Hyatt, in Mumbai. During her media interaction, choreographer turned director expressed that a biopic should be made on Sania Mirza.

“I feel a film should be made on Sania Mirza’s life. She has a great story. I don’t know if I can make it because I am not sporty, but if possible I would love to because she is one of my best friends. As of now, I don’t have such plans, but there should be a biopic on her because it is a great story” said Farah Khan about her friend Sania at the event.

Tennis star Sania Mirza admired Kohli’s efforts. “I didn’t know I was winning an award, but I knew I was nominated. Virat Kholi is doing an amazing job. We all know, the amazing batsman he is and the amazing captain we have. But it’s really nice, as an athlete what he is trying to bring in sports and trying to give exposure to every other sport in our country. I would like really appreciate that and I am really looking forward to this evening”

The grand event saw Bollywood stars Aamir Khan, Akshay Kumar, Anushka Sharma, Sidharth Malhotra, Malaika Arora, Riteish Deshmukh, among others, in attendance.
Famous sports personalities like Sania Nehwal, PV Sindhu, Kidambi Srikanth, Prannoy Kumar, Pullela Gopichand, Sania Mirza, Mahesh Bhupathi, Ashish Nehra, Zaheer Khan, Umesh Yadav and Ravichandran Ashwin were among the sports stars present at the event.

Further talking about the event, Farah Khan said, “I am really excited today because I am coming here as plus one, I am Sania Mirza’s plus one, and she is getting an award today and this is the first time I am coming to sports awards, so I am excited. I am here with Sania, as plus one”
Recently Farah Khan directorial Om Shanti Om, starring Shahrukh Khan and Deepika Padukone completed ten years and trended on social media. And Farah Khan is happy that people still love the movie.
