Actor Arbaaz Khan attended promotional event of his upcoming film ‘Tera Intezaar‘ on Friday in Mumbai. During media interaction, Arbaaz stated that he always like to work with new talent when it comes to actors or directors because they bring lot of excitement and energy into a film.

In ‘Tera Intezaar’ , Arbaaz Khan and Sunny Leone has worked with new director, talking about experience working with new talent, Arbaaz said, “As an actor, I don’t interfere in any director’s work but as a producer, I have worked with new directors, I have given break to new directors like Abhinav Kashyap and Abhishek Dogra, so I have no problem working with new directors because they bring lot of excitement and energy into a film. People who start their career, they always have different kind of passion, sincerity and enthusiasm so it’s fun to work with them because they are not complacent and fate of the film is in the hands of an audience but while shooting of the film, you know that you are in good hands because Sunny is an established actor and I am also in this industry for almost 20 years but in a film like this director career is at stake so sometimes it’s good to rely on debutant director and if we have any disagreement then we sort it out with discussion so by and large , we had good experience working in this film”

Talking about ‘Tera Intezaar’ ,Arbaaz said, “This is a romantic thriller film but it also has suspense and super-natural elements in it. It’s an interesting script and plot. Sunny and I have done some interesting work in the movie so we are hoping that the kind of fun we had during the shoot, audience will also have that kind of fun while watching it”

Talking about his character in the film, Arbaaz said ” I am playing business man in the film who has interest in paintings, in the film he draws a painting of a girl and eventually he meet the girl which looks similar to his paintings and after that they get into friendship and romance but mysteriously my character disappears so the character played by Sunny starts searching for her love interest which is played by me so that’s why film’s tagline is ‘Search for love begins”

When asked Arbaaz whether he will take his co-star Sunny Leone in his upcoming film ‘Dabangg 3’, Arbaaz said, “I would love to work with Sunny if I have an opportunity to work with her. When Malaika did the film that time she benefited from it and When Kareena did second part of Dabangg, her popularity also increased so whoever does it particularly, Sunny, I feel it should suit her and benefit her. we have to see what’s the requirement of that situation, story and the character and if Sunny fits the bill then I am just going to go with Sunny”

Talking about ongoing controversy relating to release of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Padmavati’, Arbaaz said, “This is a democratic country where we have freedom of speech and expression. If anyone has any objection with anything then there is lawful way of going it. You cannot release a film without CBFC certificate. They decide which film is proper for public consumption so we should let them decide first and after CBFC has passed the film, then it’s up to the audience whether they want to see it or not and after that also if you have problem with anything then also you can’t take law in your hand. There is court of law to fight the battle so I don’t think whatever happening is in the lawful situation”
