Sonam Kapoor made a dazzling entry at HT Most Stylish Awards last night here in Mumbai. During her media interaction Actress, Sonam Kapoor confirmed doing Zoya Factor but refused to divulge further information about the project.
Sonam Kapoor had acquired the rights to The Zoya Factor, the novel revolves around a girl Zoya Singh Solanki, born on the exact moment India had won the 1983 cricket world cup. The Indian cricket team starts considering her a lucky charm leading up to the 2010 world cup win of the team.
“It would be better for the production house to make an announcement about the film but I am doing a film called Zoya Factor,” said Sonam Kapoor.
The movie Zoya Factor will feature Malayalam star and veteran actor Mammootty’s son Dulquer Salmaan.
Sonam Kapoor bagged the Global Style Icon award during the ceremony but says she dresses for fun. She said, “Whatever I wear, I wear it for fun. I enjoy wearing clothes” said Sonam.
Sonam Kapoor also wished congratulations to the entire team of Padmaavat and hoped that the movie does well at the box-office. She said, “Congratulations to Padmaavat, I hope it does well”
With Valentine’s Day around the corner, the buzz is strong that Sonam Kapoor will confirm her relationship with businessmen Anand Ahuja, but actress dodged the question.
“Happy Valentine’s Day, everybody is my valentine,” said Sonam Kapoor, when asked about lover’s day special plans.
The award night saw many iconic moments when Sridevi presented the award to Kamal Haasan, Zeenat Aman presented Amitabh Bachchan with the Superstar of Style Award.
Sonam Kapoor is currently busy with Padman with Akshay Kumar and Dutt Biopic with Ranbir Kapoor.
