Actor Dino Morea attended launch of Root Premier League (Women Football) along with Shibani Dandekar on Wednesday in Mumbai. While interacting with media, Dino stated that he wants to produce entertaining films as a producer.
Talking about his acting career, Dino said, “Recently I did cameo appearance in ‘Solo’ which was an Malayalam movie. As a producer, I am working on two film scripts and I am into casting process of it so hopefully I will come up with something new in near future ”
When asked him what kind of films he wants to produce as producer, Dino said, “I want to produce entertaining films whether it’s a thriller , drama or comedy . I don’t want to stick to one particular cinema. I feel we should make cinema in every genre”
Talking about Root Premiere League, Dino said, “We have already orgainsed this league for boys and now we have organised this league for girls. It’s very exciting platform for amateur footballers as it helps to create Football community. Now we have started it in Bandra , next we will go to Juhu, Andheri and Bandra. We want everyone to get together to play Football not only boys but especially girls because they also love playing football.”
When asked whether event like this will help girls to grow in sports as they don’t get equal facilities and opportunities as compared to boys, Dino said, “Definitely.. It will encourage girls to play sport. I feel its beginning and everyone here wants to play so if you organise competition like this then it becomes challenging for them and everyone from female’s family come to support them and it creates a lovely atmosphere so everyone have fun in event like this”
‘We are also planning to orgainse second season of this league but as of now, we are focusing on Mumbai. In future if we get good response to it then we will orgainse this in Delhi and Banglore as well”
In bollywood, Dino Morea last seen in Farah Khan‘s ‘Happy New Year’ which released in 2014.
