Bollywood powerhouse actor Kangana Ranaut is currently engrossed in the shooting of Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi in Jaipur, where she was clicked in her warrior princess’ avatar!
Kangana Ranaut’s look as Rani Lakshmibai in Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi has taken the internet by storm. The three-time National Award winning actor looks majestic in a royal avatar!
Actress Kangana will be seen portraying the brave royal warrior princess Rani Laxmibai in the biopic and her new avatar looks majestic. The actress looked gorgeous in a white Anarkali suit, along with an off-white jacket and white leggings which had golden detailing on it.
Kangana was seen donning a golden turban and a red bindi and was heavily accessorized with silver jewelry comprising of necklaces and earrings, kadas and a beautiful golden kamarbandh.
The film is directed by Krish and produced by Zee Studios in association with Kamal Jain Co-Produced by Nishant Pitti of EaseMyTrip.
Kangana Ranaut plays the title role of Rani Laxmibai. The movie chronicles the war between the royal crown of Jhansi and the British East India Company, during the Indian Rebellion of 1857.
The movie also stars Sonu Sood, Suresh Oberoi, Atul Kulkarni, Vaibhav Tatwawaadi and Ankita Lokhande in pivotal roles. The film is scheduled for release on 27 April 2018.
