Kapil Sharma unveils the second song, Sajna, from his upcoming movie, Firangi and dedicates it to Shahrukh Khan, who turns 52 today.

Shah Rukh Khan is one of the biggest and prolific romantic super star in Indian Cinema, it seems fitting to dedicate the first romantic song to the actor on his birthday. That is exactly Kapil Sharma has done.

Kapil Sharma released the song on social media. He captioned it, “I dedicate this romantic song “sajna”…to the King of romance @iamsrk bhai on his birthday…love u bhai…regards”

The song is titled, Sajna Sohne Jiha: The Punjabi number of Kapil Sharma’s film has been set in a small village of Punjab and is crooned by Jyoti Nooran who earlier lent her voice to the chartbuster “Patakka Guddi” from the movie Highway starring Alia Bhatt.

The beautiful, rustic and charming song chronicles romance between Kapil and Ishita Dutta who plays his love interest in the period drama, Firangi.
Firangi is a historical period drama film set in the year 1920 being directed by Rajiev Dhingra. The film stars Kapil Sharma, who is also the producer, along with Ishita Dutta and Monica Gill. The film was extensively shot in Punjab and Rajasthan.

The movie also stars Edward Sonnenblick, Kumud Kumar Mishra, Rajesh Sharma, Jameel Rahman Khan, Inaamulhaq, Aanjjan Srivastav and Vishal O Sharma.
It will be released on 24 November 2017 under Sharma’s K9 Films.
