Karan Johar is all set to co-produce a film with newly turned producer, Ashish Balram Nagpal who is already directing Dharma Productions ‘Adhoora’. The new film is tentatively titled ‘Mumbai Dreams’ and it will have Manoj Bajpai in the lead role.

‘Mumbai Dreams’ will also be the launch vehicle of Nagpal’s son Hridaye Nagpal. Our reliable source confirms, “This is KJO’s second movie with Nagpal. ‘Adhoora’ is based on the life of a homosexual and was the first project KJo signed Nagpal for, as a director. And now, Karan Johar and Nagpal are joining hands to produce ‘Mumbai Dreams’ (tentative).”
He goes on to add, “‘Mumbai Dreams’ will be Nagpal’s debut venture as a producer. When he showed keenness to introduce his son Hridaye in the film; Karan Johar accepted gladly with a big yes!”
“The leading lady has not yet been finalized, but as soon as they decide, the film will go on floors,” signs off our source.
