Kunal Khemu graced the book launch of wife Soha Ali Khan’s debut book launch, The Perils of Being Moderately Famous, on Tuesday. During her media interaction, Kunal shared that arguing with the wife has improved his vocabulary.
“There were so many times, I mean, I fight in Hindi and she fights in English. And there are times when words have been said to me, that I have no idea what they meant. So I was like I am really offended, not just because you are wrong because I don’t even know what you are saying to me. I remember the word and Google it, so it has really improved my vocabulary actually” said Kunal Khemmu at the book launch.
Soha Ali Khan has dedicated an entire chapter of husband Kunal Khemmu in the book. The love story of Soha and Kunal is nothing sort of super hit movie, a princess falling in love with a commoner, and “Golmaal” actor shared a little sneak-peek into their love affair and expressed he was nervous to talk to Soha.
“I was just nervous because of many reasons. She is very beautiful and still is, but I was kind of hit with it , when I first saw her. I was like I don’t know what to say to her, and later she told me she is writing for Oxford Journal, I was like, the only Oxford thing I’ve read is a dictionary and I am not very good at it either” added Kunal.
In the book, Soha has written about finding herself in different capacities, as legendary cricketer Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi and veteran Bollywood star Sharmila Tagore’s daughter, and actors Saif Ali Khan’s sister and Kareena Kapoor Khan’s sister-in-law.
The book launch saw coming together of three pretty ladies, Sharmila, Kareena and Soha and two dapper men Saif and Soha’s husband and Golmaal Again actor Kunal Kemmu.
