Nayanthara To Play Sita In Upcoming Flick

Published on

November 22. 2010 : South Indian actress Nayanthara is indeed different from the rest of her peers in the South Indian film industry. With films like ‘Simha’ and ‘Boss Engira Baskaran’ to her credit, the actress could have signed a couple of other films and go on a professional high. However, Nayanthara prefers to lie low and take one film at a time. It has also been reported that Nayanthara refused to be a part of movies of stalwarts like Lingusamy, Vikram Kumar and A L Vijay as she did not find the scripts exciting. And now the news is that while other actresses will do anything to remain in the focus of the media, Nayanthara has refused to face the media cameras even on her birthday.

Considering that Nayanthara is one of the most popular actresses down south, audiences would have loved to watch the actress celebrating her special day, but when it is Nayanthara, you should not expect the ordinary. Not only did she not face cameras, Nayanthara was also unavailable to friends on her birthday! Reports claim that the actress was busy with work.

If reports are to be believed, Nayanthara will next be seen playing mythoplogical character Sita in the upcoming Tollywood film ‘Sri Rama Rajyam’. Starring opposite her in the film which is loosely based on Ramayan is Balakrishna. Filming of ‘Sri Rama Rajyam’ will begin early next month in Hyderabad.
