Not nervous this year for the double release with AndhaDhun and Badhai Ho says Ayushmann Khurana

Ayushmann who is gearing up for the release of ‘AndhaDhun‘ says he is not nervous this year for the double release with AndhaDhun and Badhai Ho

Ayushmann Khurana interacted with media at the special screening of ‘AndhaDhun’ with co-actor Tabu on Monday.

Ayushmann will also be busy with the release, ‘Badhai Ho’ in the month of October, when asked how he will manage the two, Ayushmaan said, “Last year I was very nervous when I had to promote two films, Bareliy ki Barfi, and Subh Mangal Savadhan but they both did well on the box office. This year I am a little less nervous, last year things worked out they might this year also. First priority is that you get a good release day and both films have a good release day. 5th is a great release for Anadha Dhund and Badhai ho is a first-time festival release.”

Ayushmann who is known to choose very different characters in his movies will be seen playing a blind pianist. “There was a lot of preparation involved for the piano to play the blind character .to combine that was not easy. I haven’t played such a difficult film and character till date. I learned how to play piano for three months, went to blind school for three months and also met a blind pianist. Then was I finally prepared for the film.”

The film also stars Tabu and Radhika Apte in pivotal roles.AndhaDhun is produced by Viacom 18 Motion Pictures and Matchbox Pictures.

The film is scheduled to release on 5th October 2018.
