Prateik Babbar who recently announced being in a relationship with writer-director-editor Sanya Sagar is officially engaged. The engagement took place yesterday on January 22, 2018, at Sanya’s farmhouse in Lucknow.
The actor Prateik also shared a picture of the ceremony on his social media account. He captioned the picture, “#monday…”holy snappp!…that just happened!”
Prateik and Sanay have been dating for around a year before officially getting engaged. The wedding date of the duo is not fixed yet but Prateik revealed that they will be hosting different functions in New Delhi, Lucknow and Mumbai for their industry friends and family.
On the work front, Prateik Babbar is working on his comeback movies, which includes Baaghi 2 and Mulk.
Mulk is directed by Anubhav Sinha. The film is shooting in Benaras and Lucknow and will be released in 2018. The movie also stars Rajat Kapoor, Ashutosh Rana, Taapsee Pannu, Neena Gupta and Rishi Kapoor.
Baaghi 2 is an upcoming action film produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under his banner Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and directed by Ahmed Khan. The film features Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani in lead roles. It is a sequel to the 2016 film Baaghi. Prateik Babbar plays the baddie in the film.
