Preeti Jain case hits Madhur again!

Some things never get off one’s back. A local court in Mumbai has ordered an inquiry into the rape allegations which were made against Madhur Bhandarkar by starlet Preeti Jain.

The case has been picked up once again by the Andheri Railway Mobile Court on Thursday. It rejected the police report that stated that the case against Madhur is false. However, Madhur is calm and confident about it and isn’t worrying about it much. He is taking off to Cairo for the International Film Festival that will screen his films.

Madhur states that he cannot talk about the matter but he is fine and there’s no stress. He has full faith in the judiciary and believes that he is innocent.

He finds it strange that there are rumours about him purposely having dug the issue out of the grave for gaining publicity for his film, Jail. He retorted back stating that while Jail may not be a box office scorcher, it isn’t exactly a turkey. He is happy with the critical acclaim it has received.
