 
GHAJINI is enjoying paid previews on Wednesday, 24th December, a day before the all-around release of the film, and as expected the advance booking for these special shows has taken a heartening opening.
This is for the first time ever for a Bollywood film that as many as 4-5-6 preview shows are being held for the paying public a day before the formal release of the film and stage is being set for GHAJINI to take a terrific start all over. No wonder, producer Madhu Mantena is mighty pleased with the buzz that the film is carrying.
“We are hopeful that GHAJINI would take a terrific opening all over. As of now, everything seems to be going correctly in the favor of our film. Ever since ticket selling for the paid previews opened on Saturday, the buzz has only increased further. Tickets seem to be flying off counters with an unprecedented demand for more. The volume of queries that have been coming in for advance booking has been increasing on an exponential note”, says Madhu Mantena in a euphoric tine.
So are we looking at a record breaking opening here?
“Well, people around me are saying that and I don’t have a reason not to believe them. Going by the present trend, I am quite positive about the film’s opening being as per the huge expectations. Everyone has. Now whether it is going to be record breaking has to be seen.”
Tell him that people seem to have got back into the mood to revisit theaters all over again and he goes on to say, “I am from Mumbai and was affected too due to the terror attack. In fact none of us were in the mood to promote the movie. We need to come together and mourn and that is important. But then in such times it is also important to give people some entertainment and what better way to do that than to have them watch a good movie. GHAJINI is one such movie.”
