Rita Bhaduri had Inner Strength Says, Jaya Bhattacharya

Popular television personality Jaya Bhattacharya said that deceased actress Rita Bhaduri was a lovely and warm person with Inner strength on the sidelines of late rights here in Mumbai.

Veteran actress Rita Bhaduri, a noted film and TV personality, died at the age of 62, due to Kidney Ailment and her last rites took place in Mumbai.
Celebrities like Tiku Talsania, Satish Shah, Jaya Bhattacharya, Shishir Sharma, Paritosh and Abhay Bhargav and many more were seen at the funeral and participated in the last rites. The funeral rites were held on at the Cremation Ground, Parsi Wada Road, Andheri East.
Actress Jaya Bhattacharya also expressed her sentiments about the actress. She said, “Rita ji was such a beautiful person. She had inner strength, you won’t you believe it but she was shooting till now. In fact, while shooting with our production, she would come from dialysis and shoot. She never complaint and never made any fuss about anything….And she would need dialysis twice a week…May god rest her soul”
The celebrities paid the last respect to the deceased actress by putting garland on her and touching her feet. The family and friends were pretty shaken by the sudden demise of the actress.
Talking about the deceased actress, Satish Shah said, “She was with me in Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai, she was a lovely and warm person…Generall,y there is a lot of sadness among people and people who are here today, are the ones who really cared for her. And may her soul rest in peace”
Actress Rita Bhaduri began her career during the sixties. She appeared in a series of Gujarati films, regional languages as well as Bollywood movies such as Virasat, Raja, Hero No 1, Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa, Kya Kehna and Beta.
The actress received a Filmfare Best Supporting Actress nomination for her performance in 1995 film Raja, which starred Madhuri Dixit and Sanjay Kapoor. Her last few Bollywood appearances were in 2002’s Dil Vil Pyar Vyar and 2003’s Main Madhuri Dixit Banna Chahti Hoon.
Rita Bhaduri, a noted alumnus of FTII where she studied with actress Zarina Wahab, also had several television credits and starred in shows such as Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai, Kumkum, Ek Nayi Pehchaan, Hasratein, Mujrim Haazir and Chunauti.
