Father Anil Kapoor took to twitter to share a memorial moment in the lives of his daughter’s Sonam and Rhea Kapoor on Friday, as they began shooting for Veere Di Wedding.
The actor tweeted, “Both my super women are off on their new mission today! @sonamakapoor @RheaKapoor let the cameras roll! #VeereDiWedding”
He also posted a vintage black and white photograph of the duo playing with papa Kapoor and having fun when just children.
Daughter Sonam also took to social media to mark a successful year, “This year has been amazing for me creatively. Working on #padman, #duttbiopic and now ending it with #VeereDiWedding ??????”
The actresses have begun shooting for the film. It stars Sonam Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania in key roles. The film is about the leading ladies attending Kareena’s aka Veere’s wedding. It is an emotional journey of friends coming together and having fun before her wedding.
This film will mark Kareena’s return to the big screen after her pregnancy.
Veere Di Wedding is directed by Shashanka Ghosh and produced by Balaji Telefilms, Nikhil Dwivedi and Rhea Kapoor.
