“I thoroughly enjoyed working in Tumhari Sulu. Now after shooting important work like editing and other things, that is going on and I am chilling in the meantime, as I have nothing to do with that” said Vidya Balan.

News was viral that main lead of the film Vidya Balan along with Neha Dhupia and RJ Malishka will be seen recreating the magical number “Hawa Hawai” from Mr. India in the film. The actress finally confirms the song and says it is a tribute to Sridevi.

“Hawa Hawai song from Mr. India is also part of Tumhari Sulu. Neha Dhupia, Malishka, and I have performed in the song. There is this situation in the film, where we dance to number. It’s not any kind of take-off on Hawa Hawai, it is a tribute to Sridevi and to the song” adds Vidya.

Tumhari Sulu is an upcoming comedy-drama film, directed by Suresh Triveni, the film revolves around the character of Sulu (Sulochana played by Vidya Balan), a simple, happy-go-lucky housewife who stumbles upon a job of a night RJ (radio jockey).
