Vidya Balan, My Chembur Friend – Shilpa Shetty

Actress Shilpa Shetty graced the special screening of upcoming slice of life Tumhari Sulu starring Vidya Balan. During her media interaction, Shilpa expressed Vidya is a friend from Chembur,

“Atul Kasbekar is a dear friend, who is producing Tumhari Sulu. I think he is the kind of man, who’s got the grasp of the kind of content he wants to make, and above all my Chembur friend, Vidya Balan is in the film. We went to same school, she was younger than me, of course, but I love the way she portrays characters. I am really looking forward to Tumhari Sulu” said Shilpa on the sidelines of special screening.

Shilpa Shetty also marks 24 years in the film Industry and expressed her gratitude to fans for the love and support.
“I have never really considered in terms of years in Industry. I’ve enjoyed every moment of being here and I think I get more love now, and I would like to say Thank you to everyone that I am still around in industry because of their love” added Shilpa.

Shilpa Shetty recently met Prince Charles of United Kingdom and shared her experience to meeting and interacting with True Royalty.
“Meeting Prince Charles, I have met him twice before with regarding British Asian Trust work. So it was a great opportunity to meet him” added Shilpa.

Tumhari Sulu is an upcoming comedy-drama film, directed by the Suresh Triveni and produced under the banners of T-Series and Ellipsis Entertainment.
Vidya Balan (Sulochana a.k.a. Sulu) essays the role of a night radio jockey in Mumbai. The film stars Manav Kaul as Sulu’s husband, Neha Dhupia as Sulu’s Boss, and renowned RJ, Malishka, as Albeli Anjali.
