Fashion Designer Vikram Phadnis has turned director with Marathi film Hrudayantar. Vikram and his team promoted their film on Shimak Davar Summer Funk in Mumbai.
Shiamak Davar for the first time acted and choreographed songs in this film.
Talking about his experience Shiamak said, “When Vikram told me about this movie that time I told him that I will only choreograph the dance sequences but he forced to act in the movie. It’s a very entertaining film with a great message. The cast has done phenomenal acting in the film.
Vikram said, “I know Shiamak from the past 25 years. Every year I visit Shiamak Davar summer funk. I can’t dance but over the years but Shiamak and his institute doing some brilliant work by teaching children’s and this time around, Shiamak has given us platform to promote our film and he hasn’t charged single penny and Shiamak has supported me throughout making this film.”
Talking about his film, Vikram said, “It’s a very simple film. It’s a journey of a family. I want everybody who has relationship of husband-wife, mother-daughter, father-daughter and siblings to watch this film and they will cherish each moment of this film. “
Earlier, for Hrudayantar, Bollywoob biggies like Shah Rukh Khan was present at the muhurat shot of the film, Hrithik has made special appearance in the film and Aishwarya was present at music launch of the film.
Hrudayantar stars Subodh Bhave, Mugdha Barve and Sonali Khare.
It is releasing on 7 July, 2017
