Filmmaker Vipul Shah gets Nav Shakti awards for his contribution to the film industry. His film Namastey London not only did great at the box office but took the critics in for a surprise. Chief Minister Mr. Vilasrao Deshmukh felicitated him with the award at a ceremony. Vipul Shah is no doubt in the ninth cloud to win this award.
Free Press Journal, which is the second oldest journal organized this award, has chosen him over many eminent film makers of Bollywood. Though Vipul Shah has not got any mainstream awards, he has made three good film over a span of 5 years. Yet, he is very hopeful about it. Shah’s Singh is Kinng is going to be released on August 8. His London Dreams is also in the pipe line after this film is released.
