Anand L Rai says he will try to deliver more than promised for the upcoming film Zero on sidelines of a special screening of Baa Baa Black sheep.
When asked about his upcoming film with Shah Rukh Khan titled ‘Zero’, Anand L Rai said, “You will have to wait a little longer for ‘Zero’, I am almost reaching the point when I can openly start talking about the film. In two more months I will be able to finish the film’s shoot and then we can start talking about it. I have a lot to share about the film. We will try to deliver more than we have promised for ‘Zero’.”
After ‘Zero’s teaser release the anticipation for the film among fans has increased, when asked to comment on fraternity’s feedback the director said, “The feedback I received is good but I am trying to give the audience what is going on in my mind. And with Shah Rukh Sir I think I am able to achieve that goal. The fun we are having while shooting is what I have been searching for and I am enjoying it a lot. Just hope we can bring forth the fun we are having.”
While talking about ‘Manmarziyan’ and Abhishek Bachchan‘s return with the film, Rai said, “This isn’t really a comeback film for Abhishek, he has always been part of the industry. It is good to take a gap as much as an actor needs according to them. He is a very talented actor. I wanted to work with him for quite some time and we finally got the chance now with this script with Anurag’s direction.”
‘Manmarziyan’ scheduled to release later this year will be directed by Anurag Kashyap and music will be given by Amit Trivedi. The film also stars, Vicky Kaushal and Taapsee Pannu.
Whereas, Anand L Rai’s next with Red Chillies Entertainment titled, ‘Zero’ stars Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma, and Katrina Kaif in pivotal roles.
