Published on

January 26, 2011 : 13B was undoubtedly one of the best horror films in the recent past. This Madhavan and Neetu Chandra starrer film by director Vikram Kumar was not only a box office success but also received good reviews from all quarters. It even did considerably well down south.

According to reports, after shooting for 3 Idiots, Madhavan had gone for a vacation with Vikram to chill and discuss the sequel of 13B.

When asked about the sequel of 13B, a very excited Madhavan said that the team had been planning the sequel for quite some time. Finally things are all set and they will start shooting very soon. Like its predecessor, 13B sequel will also be made in three languages, Telugu, Hindi and Tamil to cater to both the Bollywood and Tollywood fans of Madhavan. He did not reveal more than this and told us to wait and watch how the sequel turns out to be. He signed off by promising that the sequel will be as enthralling as the last one.

B-town is currently buzzing with news of sequels. In such a scenario, the news of 13B sequel from Vikram Kumar is no surprise to us. Just after the success of his horror flick, Vikram confirmed that the sequel they are planning will probably commence from December 2010. He said it was a “tough task” and needed a lot of working on the script. He also confirmed that the star cast will remain the same.
