Actor varun Dhawan attended FILMFARE Glamour & Style Awards 2017 on Friday in Mumbai. During media interaction, Varun stated that working in ‘October’ is has definitely changed him as human being.

Varun has recently wrapped up the shoot of Shoojit Sircar’s upcoming film ‘October’, talking about his experience working in ‘October’, Varun said, “It feels amazing. We have wrapped up the film in 38 days and this film is another experience for me. ‘October’ is more than a film to me. I don’t want to say much about it but definitely this film impacted me so much as a human being. I think it definitely changed me as a human being”

“Working with Shoojit da was my dream which now has been fulfilled. After long time, I have done something which is different so let’s see. It is releasing on 13th April next year”

Talking about death threats to Pamdavati’s lead actress Deepika Padukone and opposition to ‘Padmavati’s release, Varun said, “I have said this earlier, I feel protesting peacefully is fine. We are living in a democratic country and everyone should be allowed to voice their opinion and we should respect that but giving death threats is something which should not be allowed in a democracy. I believe in our judiciary and I am sure they will manage it”

When asked Varun who he looks up to when it comes to style, he said, “When it comes to style, Mr. Bachchan is always very well dressed. I love what Dev Anand used to wear, the kind of suits and mufflers he used to wear and I feel so many of our yesteryear’s superstars has definitely set a benchmark for us”

Reportedly, ‘October’ is inspired by the Hollywood Oscar nominated flick ‘Her’. The film that is centered around Varun’s character revolves around an unusual love story which has never been seen before in Bollywood.

Film ‘Her’, where a man falls in love with an interactive smart user interface voiced by a woman, this film will be slightly different and high on medical jargon. It is also reportedly being treated as an experiment that the makers want to undertake to strike a chord with the current generation.

Apart from Varun Dhawan, Model Banita Sandhu is making her Bollywood debut in ‘October and it is being produced by Ronnie Lahiri & Rising Sun Films.
