The unit of Hamari Devrani recently had a hard time trying to wake up Parul (Kalyani Thakkar) from her slumber even after the shooting of a particular sequence was done.
According to sources, the unit was shooting a sequence in which Parul is required to sleep. Parul, who had extensively been shooting for 20 hours looked droopy eyed, when the director was explaining the scene to the actors. When the unit finally got ready to shoot the scene they found that Parul had already fallen asleep!
Incidentally, Parul’s character in the show is modeled on her cousin who eats and sleeps at the drop of a hat! Eventually, the scene was shot differently as Parul was snoozing away. Her co-actors had to sprinkle water to wake her up from her slumber after lunch break.
