‘The Woman in Me’ is set to be published under the banner of Gallery Books, a respected imprint of the esteemed publishing house, Simon & Schuster.
Britney secured this monumental publishing agreement in February of the previous year, which came on the heels of the termination of her contentious conservatorship, thereby marking a significant chapter in her life.

Simon & Schuster emerged victorious in acquiring the rights to Britney Spears’ book, triumphing over several other interested publishers in an intense bidding war. Though the specifics of the deal remained under wraps, an individual familiar with Spears’ circumstances suggested to ‘Variety’ that the agreement was ‘record-breaking’.
Around the same time, there were reports floating that the deal might be worth a staggering $15 million.
