Southern star, dancer master, and director Prabhu Deva has lost his son. The boy who was called Vishal at home and was named Basavaraj had been suffering from cancer for a while. The family had been fighting the disease with him and was aware that the child would be taken from them any day.
When he died this morning, the bereaved father said that though he knew it would happen sooner or later, he had hoped they would have more time with Vishal.
He had even taken his son abroad on an outdoor shoot to make him happy and give him good memories.
We offer our deepest condolences to Prabhu Deva and his family and hope that they overcomes the tremendous grief soon.
