November 17, 2010 : ‘Dus Ka Dum’ is perhaps that particular reality show on the small screen which changed the course of B-town hunk Salman Khan’s career in terms of walking into the arena where he had never traversed before.
The first two seasons saw Salman cool dude Khan hosting the popular show with great gusto. He entertained the audience to the fullest and the viewers who watched him on their television sets sitting at home just couldn’t get enough of him cracking jokes, giving some inputs about his life, sharing experiences with other actors and basically enjoying the show as well as entertaining at the same time.
However, the forth coming season is reportedly not going to have this fun filled Khan and he is to be replaced by Sanjay Dutt. Reports going around suggest that this time round Salman Khan has quoted too high an amount to come as host and this has not been accepted by the show organizers.
Thus, it is Sanay Dutt or Sanju baba as he is fondly known in film circles who will be entertaining the audience in his typical ‘munnabhai’ style!
Well let’s hope he comes out with a few of his Gandhigiri tips on the show and makes the choice of going from the great Khan to him seem quite a justified one. If the viewers love Salman Hunk Khan they also love Sanju baba aka Munna bhai- so here’s wishing Sanjay Dutt all the best from all of us! That’s what we call one cool dude taking over from another.
