Old Wounds Revive For Mukti On Zara Nachke Dikha

May 28, 2010 (Sampurn Wire):A reality show in Indian Television is incomplete without any emotions and most of the time it looks fake. However, we had an exception when ‘Zara Nachke Dikha’ contestant Mukti Mohan broke down while performing to the track ‘Jiya Jale’.

The story goes that former ‘Dance India Dance’ contestant Mukti was crestfallen after the death of her husband. While performing to an intensely romantic track like ‘Jiya Jale’, she got very emotional. Not that the girl didn’t do well, she put her heart and soul into the performance. Old memories were rekindled and one could see the real grief on her face.

During the performance she depicted the feeling through the actions of wiping away her sindoor and taking off her bangle. These intimate acts got her so emotional that towards the end of her act she broke down inconsolably. Her entire team including Captain Sangeeta Ghosh rushed to her side to console her. It took her a few minutes to calm down.

Watch this emotional performance from Mohan this weekend on ‘Zara Nachke Dikha’ at 9.00 pm on Star Plus.
