“The Amazing Spider-Man” star Andrew Garfield says he is excited to watch the new Spider-Man movie, starring Tom Holland.
“I watched (the trailer for ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’) and it’s great! I think it looks great, I’m really excited to see it, I can’t wait,” Garfield told etonline.com.
Garfield played Spider-Man in “The Amazing Spider-Man” films from 2012 to 2014. The 33-year-old actor said he is a “big fan” of Holland.
“I’m a big fan of Tom and that character, so I’m just really excited to see it,” he said.
Asked him about passing the Spider-Man torch to Holland last year, Garfield said: “I’m just really excited to just be a fan again as opposed to bearing the weight of it.”
