Sahil Sangha to announce his upcoming projects in January

Sahil Sangha, who has produced films like “Love Breakups Zindagi” and “Bobby Jasoos”, says he has finished writing two scripts, and an announcement will be made in January next year.

Sahil and his wife and actress Dia Mirza have their own production house Born Free Entertainment. Talking about their upcoming projects, he said: “I have finished writing two scripts that we are all very excited about. We should be making an announcement by January. The casting will begin now.”

According to reports, one film will be a happy drama and another will be an action-comedy.

“At Born Free, we try to maintain the honesty of our intent and doing that involves an honest assessment of what we have made so far. With both our features, we have received appreciation in the measure that they deserved and we strive to do better with each outing.

“This also makes the journey more interesting because growth and wider acceptance are something that we continue to strive for.”

Sahil also directed actors Hrithik Roshan and Jacqueline Fernandez for an advertisement for a decor brand.

“Working with Hrithik and Jacqueline is a wonderfully fulfilling experience. Both of them are thorough professionals and so committed to their jobs that the onus is on the director not to let them down. As artistes, once they believe in your vision, they back you and support you 100 per cent. There isn’t much more that a director can wish for,” he said.

He said his dream cast would have to include Hrithik as many times as possible.
