I dreamt of becoming a singer: Chhavi Pandey (TV Snippets)

Actress Chhavi Pandey, who is currently seen as Namrata in TV show “Kaal Bhairav Rahasya”, says she always dreamt of becoming a singer, but is satisfied with her acting career.

“I had dreamt of becoming a singer and have participated in singing reality shows. But, I am extremely happy where I am today as things worked out for better,” Chhavi said in a statement.

“I am still passionate about singing and whenever I have time in hand, I sit down and do my Riyaz. Singing gives me happiness. My near and dear once always ask me to entertain them with my singing talent whenever I am around them,” she added.

“Kaal Bhairav Rahasya”, aired on Star Bharat, is based on the fictitious village of Siddhpur. It narrates a mysterious tale of an ancient temple.

Need to ease out FIR lodging process: Saumya Tandon

Actress Saumya Tandon will next be seen donning a police officer’s dress in popular comedy show “Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai”. She says if she was a police officer in real life, she would have eased the process of lodging an FIR.

“First and the most important thing that I would do is figure out ways to improve women security there by educating even the police officers how to deal with women who are victim of rape, molestation cases,” Saumya said in a statement.

“I think we need to work towards making the entire process of lodging FIR easy. I would want to make police more approachable and penalise corrupt police officers.

“Lastly, I would like to give bonus linked salary structure which awards hardworking and efficient officers, so that they are incentivised to do good work,” she added.
